QUÉBEC CITY BRIGHTENS UP!
Thousands of lights and lanterns will illuminate Old Québec all winter long!
A total of 100,000 lights and 1,000 lanterns have been hung throughout the city: on the St-Jean and Prescott Gates, in the trees, on lampposts, and on the Frontenac staircase. Arches have been installed on Saint-Louis and Sault-au-Matelot Streets, as well as a cascade of lights on the back wall of Hotel 71. The entire display forms a 1.2 km winter illumination trail stretching from Saint-Jean Street to Sault-au-Matelot Street.
Plan a day trip before mid-March to stroll through Old Québec and the Old Port… Keep your eyes peeled and discover these luminous installations.
